DESIGN CONSULTATION
Design Consultation Service is a quick, low cost and convenient way to make available an Architect’s ideas, specialized knowledge, information and resources to clients who do not want or need the full spectrum of design services.
$450 fee for a two hour design consultation. Meeting will be at your home or property.
Be prepared for the meeting with a list of questions, drawings, plans of existing home, scrapbooks, etc. At the end of the meeting you will have a feasibility study, a quick program, a plan of action or sketches, depending on the nature of the project.
